Scott Jones – Partner
During his years as president of Harmony Skilled Network, Scott Jones established one of the first Skilled Nursing Corporate Compliance manuals in the country; developed a Quality Assurance manual, Safety/Employee Injury and Illness Prevention Program, Hazard Communication Program, and Resident/Family Survey; and set up ALTIM Holding Ltd., an offshore captive insurance program to provide workers’ comp insurance to the Health Care Industry. Scott received his Bachelors in Marketing from Brigham Young University in 1976 and his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix in 1994.
Robert A. Rokita – Partner
Bob Rokita was Vice President of Safety Associations for 15 years with The Zenith Insurance Companies, directing Loss Control and Marketing services for over 19,000 employers. He was elected as both the Chairman of the Board and President of the Orange County Long Beach Safety Council; served as First Vice President for the National Safety Management Society; and served as the Vice President for the State of California for the National Safety Management Society. Additionally, Bob taught as Associate Professor for 5 years at the University Of Southern California’s Safety Institute and for 7 years with the Insurance Educational Association teaching the IIA Loss Control Management Program. He taught at the Risk & Insurance Managers Society national conventions in New Orleans and San Francisco, as well as at the National Safety Management Society’s National Conference in Washington, D.C. Bob is the author of the Five Star Risk Management Program. He is a Certified Risk Manager, charter member of the professional designation of Associate Risk Manager, Certified Workers’ Compensation Professional recognized by Michigan State University, Certified Healthcare Safety Professional, a Certified Hazard Control Manager, and a Certified Safety and Health Manager through the Institute for Safety and Health Management.
Brad Jones – Partner
Brad Jones spent several years as an underwriter with a regional insurance carrier in Salt Lake City, teaching courses on X-mods and data-driven decision-making before moving into the safety side of risk management. Brad received a Bachelors in Economics from Brigham Young University and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Utah. Additionally, he is a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter and Associate Risk Manager with the Institutes Knowledge Group.
