Our Philosophy
GBB Risk Management Services was founded on two principles. First, we were not impressed with the risk management services we found in the industrial health and safety industry. We ran into far too many risk managers and brokers who would talk the talk but found walking a little more difficult; this became more pronounced as many insurance carriers began raising the minimum premium threshold for risk management services. We felt there were too many smaller companies and employees exposed to workplace risk who deserved better.
Our second operating principle is the idea of progression; that all companies can become good at safety. With some direction and the right tools, any company that commits to safety should rise to the top of their industries. We believe that safety is not a commodity and that your employees deserve to go home safe each night.
